We will have prayer @ 6pm EST and discuss Daily Focus Scriptures
*On the 3rd day will will have communion @ 6pm EST
Of course we want everyone to participate but I ask that you pray and are led by Holy Spirit in the way YOU should fast! For more information select the hyperlink for Fasting Basics.

What You Need To Know!
During our fasting days we will stream LIVE at 6pm EST on ZOOM. If you would like to join the LIVE , please select the appropriate link for the current month of the Fast. Please note that the LIVE link will only be available the day of the Fast, 30 minutes prior to the broadcast, until we are filled to capacity. Replay links will be available each evening of the Fast shortly after the LIVE is finished.
